Audi to bring RS5 in India soon

Audi, A wholly owned subsidiary of the Volkswagen group is expected to launch its ultimate attraction Audi RS5 in India by the end of this year. The Audi RS5 model is expected to come with a price tag of RS 1 crore as an import duty of 100% will be levied on this model. The Audi RS5 is coming with a 4.2-litre FSI V8 engine which is capable of generating maximum power of 450hp. With generating this much of power the RS5 model is able to provide good fuel economy of 9.25 kmpl. The Audi RS5 is coming with a top speed of 280kph and it takes only 4.6 seconds to accelerate this car front stand still to the speed of 60 kph.

Besides this Audi RS5 is coming with a twin-clutch 7-speed S-tronic transmission which can be operated in both auto and manual modes and a Quattro all-wheel-drive is optional. The model will be available with a 19-inch alloy wheels with optional 20 inch wheels. A 365mm steel brakes discs is available in front with an optional 380mm ceramic carbon-fibre discs. Besides this the RS5 model has an electronic stabilization program (ESP) with integrated sport mode.
