New Hyundai i10 Face-Lifted Model to be launched on Diwali

Hyundai Motors India Limited intends to launch a new version of its popular car Hyundai i10. The new model will be a face-lifted variant and will be launched during the festive season in India. The new variant is all set to be showcased at the upcoming Paris Auto Show which will be organized in October this year. The car was caught being tested on the Indian roads several times with camouflaged front and rear. However there are no official or complete images of the model so far.
The new model of Hyundai i10 will incorporate some trendy and modern features like fuel-saving start-stop feature. Hyundai stated that the ISG system should cut the fuel consumption and emissions by up to 15 percent in typical city driving conditions, with heavy traffic and continuous stop-start motoring,. The exteriors of the car have also been re-designed with sharper tones inspired by ix35 crossover design carrying sharper head lamps and front grille.
Hyundai says that the updated i10 gains from a ‘comprehensive set of advancements’ . The new version of Hyundai i10 will have a new 1.0 litre engine with a CO2 emission figure of 99 grams per kilometre. A bigger 1.2 Kappa engine will also be there which will be tuned for more power and economy with the whole engine range being Euro 5 compliant so that it can be sold in the European market.
