- Superb Built QualityGot the vehicle in December 2019. To my surprise, the vehicle which I got had a touch screen infotainment system, which wasn't there on the test drive vehicle, due to this android auto and apple car play was also added. Volkswagen Tiguan Price and Variants: The Tiguan is available in two variants: Highline and Comfortline. They are priced at Rs 28.05 lakh and 31.44 lakh (ex-showroom pan-India), respectively.
Volkswagen Tiguan Engine: The Tiguan is powered by a 2.0-litre diesel engine that makes 143PS/340Nm. Power is sent to all four wheels of the SUV via a 7-speed DSG gearbox. The Tiguan has a claimed fuel economy of 17.06kmpl.
Volkswagen Tiguan Features: For safety, the Tiguan gets six airbags, electronic stability control, hill hold control, ISOFIX child seat anchors, front and rear parking sensors and a tyre pressure monitoring system as standard. Other features on offer include LED headlamps with LED DRLs, panoramic sunroof, three-zone climate control, electrically adjustable driver seat, heated front seats, electrically operated tailgate, cruise control and an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
